Who is this course for?

A practising or potential first line manager wishing to develop knowledge and understanding.

What are the benefits of attending this course?

Some people are naturally more effective at developing and maintaining relationships than others; however, with a deeper understanding of the challenging processes involved in developing successful relationships, it is an area in which everyone can improve significantly. This course will introduce concepts relating to developing effective relationships in the workplace, and enable you to understand how to overcome related challenges.

By the end of the session you will be able to understand the needs/expectations of others, be able to determine ways of meeting the needs and know how to manage the relationships where it is not possible to meet the needs within organisational guidelines and constraints.
